Job Description

We are transforming the way the organization listens to employees and leverages their feedback to drive business decisions. We are building a consistent, scalable approach to continuous listening and employee experience management, positioning it as an ongoing dialogue that supports decision-making, change, and organizational growth.

As an  Continuous Dialogue & Employee Experience Insights Expert, you will be a key partner in designing and developing the Employee Experience and Experience Management strategy. You will help shape frameworks that integrate feedback, HR data, and business context, delivering insights that support leaders, transformations, and organizational culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and developing a continuous listening strategy and a consistent, organization-wide approach to employee feedback

  • Fostering a data- and insight-driven decision-making culture based on meaningful use of feedback and shared standards

  • Translating business, organizational, and research needs into scalable system solutions

  • Leveraging Qualtrics XM as a strategic platform: surveys, dashboards, automations, governance

  • Leading key employee research programs (engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit, organizational change)

  • Analyzing and interpreting employee experience (EX) data and identifying trends, patterns, and organizational signals

  • Delivering decision-ready insights that support leaders, Strategic People Partners, and transformation initiatives

  • Designing “closing the loop” standards—how the organization responds to feedback and communicates actions

  • Integrating declarative and behavioral data (Qualtrics + Microsoft 365) into actionable insights for HR and business

  • Conducting advanced workplace and collaboration analytics (Viva Insights, Teams, Engage): identifying overload, silos, burnout risks, and hybrid work dynamics

  • Supporting organizational change processes through pulse checks, change-related feedback, and experience monitoring

We offer:

  • Stable employment based on a full-time employment contract

  • Base salary + bonus scheme

  • Hybrid work model

  • Necessary work tools: laptop, mobile phone

  • Meal allowance

  • Commuting support

  • Private medical care

  • Life insurance

  • Modern benefits platform

  • Multisport card

  • Holiday gifts for children

  • One additional day off

  • Pension program

  • Engaging challenges and opportunities for professional growth

  • Friendly and creative work environment

This role is for you if you have:

  • A strong business and process-oriented mindset combined with understanding of technology

  • At least 4 years of experience in people/workplace analytics, employee research, or digital transformation—preferably in a large organization (2,000+ employees)

  • Experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing employee research in a large organization or research agency

  • Very good knowledge of Qualtrics or a comparable platform (Peakon, Culture Amp, Workday)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 from an analytical perspective (Viva Insights, Teams, Engage, SharePoint)

  • Ability to interpret data and communicate it effectively to leaders

  • Comfort working at the intersection of data, employee experience, and business decision-making

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and building shared, scalable solutions

  • Ability to combine survey data with other sources (HR, business, operations)

  • Fluency in Polish and English
