As an Continuous Dialogue & Employee Experience Insights Expert, you will be a key partner in designing and developing the Employee Experience and Experience Management strategy. You will help shape frameworks that integrate feedback, HR data, and business context, delivering insights that support leaders, transformations, and organizational culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and developing a continuous listening strategy and a consistent, organization-wide approach to employee feedback
Fostering a data- and insight-driven decision-making culture based on meaningful use of feedback and shared standards
Translating business, organizational, and research needs into scalable system solutions
Leveraging Qualtrics XM as a strategic platform: surveys, dashboards, automations, governance
Leading key employee research programs (engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit, organizational change)
Analyzing and interpreting employee experience (EX) data and identifying trends, patterns, and organizational signals
Delivering decision-ready insights that support leaders, Strategic People Partners, and transformation initiatives
Designing “closing the loop” standards—how the organization responds to feedback and communicates actions
Integrating declarative and behavioral data (Qualtrics + Microsoft 365) into actionable insights for HR and business
Conducting advanced workplace and collaboration analytics (Viva Insights, Teams, Engage): identifying overload, silos, burnout risks, and hybrid work dynamics
Supporting organizational change processes through pulse checks, change-related feedback, and experience monitoring

This role is for you if you have:
A strong business and process-oriented mindset combined with understanding of technology
At least 4 years of experience in people/workplace analytics, employee research, or digital transformation—preferably in a large organization (2,000+ employees)
Experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing employee research in a large organization or research agency
Very good knowledge of Qualtrics or a comparable platform (Peakon, Culture Amp, Workday)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 from an analytical perspective (Viva Insights, Teams, Engage, SharePoint)
Ability to interpret data and communicate it effectively to leaders
Comfort working at the intersection of data, employee experience, and business decision-making
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and building shared, scalable solutions
Ability to combine survey data with other sources (HR, business, operations)
Fluency in Polish and English
