Activity Leader

About the Role
 
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and outgoing Activity Leaders to support and guide international students during excursions and activities across Malta and Gozo. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, love exploring new places, and thrive in active, outdoor environments.
As an Activity Leader, you will play a key role in creating safe, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for students while representing our organization with professionalism and energy.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany and supervise student groups on trips, excursions, and activities in Malta and Gozo

  • Lead cultural visits, sightseeing tours, beach outings, and recreational activities

  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and positive experience of all students

  • Provide clear instructions and support throughout activities

  • Manage schedules, meeting points, and transportation arrangements

  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and service providers

  • Handle unexpected situations calmly and responsibly

  • Encourage participation and maintain a positive group atmosphere

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused mindset and team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative

  • Positive, responsible, and proactive approach to work

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

  • Must have legal right to live and work in Malta

  • High level of spoken English

  • Interest in travel, culture, and working with young people

     

Availability

Candidates should be available to work part-time with flexible shifts, providing at least 15 hours  per week.
