Marketing Operations & Demand Lead
Rhino Tool House is seeking a Marketing Operations & Demand Lead to connect marketing activity with sales execution. This hands-on role ensures lead flow, CRM accuracy, and campaign efforts are aligned with real customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Ensure all inbound leads and inquiries are assigned, tracked, and followed up within defined timelines
- Maintain clear ownership, updated statuses, and active next steps for all opportunities
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate account, contact, and opportunity data
- Ensure consistent CRM usage across teams
- Identify and resolve data gaps, duplicates, and process breakdowns
- Provide basic reporting and visibility into pipeline activity
Demand Alignment
- Analyze inbound inquiries and sales feedback to identify customer needs
- Surface trends and insights to guide campaign focus and content development
Campaign Execution & Tracking
- Set up and track campaigns in the CRM
- Monitor lead flow and performance
- Adjust strategies based on results and engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing Communications, Content Strategy, and Sales to align efforts
- Work with Marketing Support on data management, segmentation, and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Background in marketing ops, sales ops, or demand generation
- B2B experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
