- Preparing menu items according to Famous Dave's recipes, plate presentations and specifications
- Completing all assigned prep work
- Completing assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
- Practicing sanitary and safe food handling at all time.
- Setting up work station
- Being a core team member in a fast-paced kitchen
- Prepping assigned items
