This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer marketing efforts. In this role, you will own end-to-end campaign strategy, build and manage key influencer partnerships, and drive measurable results across brand awareness and performance objectives. You will work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and brand teams to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver strong ROI.

 

Key Responsibilities

       Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business goals.

       Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with influencers across relevant platforms and niches.

       Manage the full campaign lifecycle from influencer selection and briefing through content approval, go-live, and post-campaign reporting.

       Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencer talent and their management teams.

       Collaborate with internal creative and brand teams to develop compelling campaign briefs and content guidelines.

       Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum return on investment.

       Define and track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

       Stay current with trends in the creator economy, social media landscape, and influencer marketing best practices.

       Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.

       Lead vendor relationships with influencer marketing platforms and tools.



Requirements

       4–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.

       Proven track record of designing and executing successful influencer campaigns at scale.

       Strong understanding of influencer metrics, audience analytics, and performance measurement.

       Experience negotiating contracts and managing talent relationships directly or via agencies.

       Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.

       Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive campaign decisions.

       Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
