-Operate dishwashing machine to thoroughly clean dishes and food preparation equipment
-Follow safety regulations and procedures
-Maintain a clean work area and complete daily assigned sidework
-Operate a deep fryer and commercial mixer to prepare menu items
-Monitor chemical levels on dishwashing equipment to ensure efficient operation
-Efficiently manage time to ensure all required tasks are completed in allotted time
