Full Speech Language Pathologist Job Description:

Outpatient

Outpatient speech-language pathology at TheraDynamics
offers the variety and depth that keeps your career exciting. You will work
with adults and potentially pediatric clients across a spectrum of
communication and swallowing disorders, from post-stroke aphasia and voice
therapy to cognitive rehabilitation and modified barium swallow studies. Our
outpatient clinics provide the equipment, the time, and the team support to let
you practice at the top of your scope.

 

What You Will Do

You will evaluate and treat outpatient clients with
speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing
disorders. You will conduct standardized assessments, develop functional
treatment goals, provide patient and family education, and collaborate with
referring physicians. If you have MBS experience, you will have the opportunity
to conduct instrumental swallowing assessments.

What You Bring

•        
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

•        
CCC-SLP or CF candidate

•        
Current or eligible for New York State SLP license

•        
MBS/FEES experience a plus

•        
Interest in diverse outpatient caseloads
