We’re seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a small group home setting. In this role, you’ll help individuals build independence, provide daily care and support, and create a safe, positive living environment.



What You’ll Do:




  • Provide hands-on support with daily living activities and personal care

  • Assist individuals in building skills and independence

  • Support individuals with a range of needs, including behavioral challenges

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment



What We’re Looking For:




  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work with individuals with varying needs and behaviors

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation



Schedule:

Shift-based role, including nights and weekends



Pay & Benefits:

$19.25 – $23.53 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
