About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to own how demand turns into revenue. This role is accountable for high-intent MQLs, conversion performance, and pipeline creation.

  • You will build and operate the demand system end to end across acquisition, ABM, paid and performance media, lifecycle, and conversion optimization. This role is for someone who can drive a predictable pipeline by aligning messaging, signals, and buyer behavior across the funnel for our suite of products with complex and varying ICPs.

What You Will Own

  • Demand System Ownership Own the full demand engine from first touch through MQL, SQL, and sales-accepted pipeline
  • Design funnel architecture, build and improve on conversion, velocity, and pipeline quality through constant optimization
  • ABM and High-Intent Plays Develop and run ABM programs for target accounts in partnership with Sales and RevOps Design plays that create measurable account engagement and progression, not just impressions
  • Build coordinated touch patterns across ads, email, outbound support, landing pages, and follow-up paths. Define account-level success metrics including engaged accounts, meetings created, opportunities influenced, and pipeline created
  • Acquisition and Signal Capture Build acquisition programs that capture high-quality demand across digital and lifecycle channels. Use paid channels selectively to accelerate proven paths and support ABM efforts
  • Lifecycle and Buyer Progression. Build lifecycle programs that move buyers forward based on behavior and signals. Define and evolve qualification logic, scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages with Sales and RevOps within our marketing tech stack. Ensure lead and account handoff is timely, contextual, and actionable
  • Optimization, Reporting, and Accountability. Run ongoing experimentation across messaging, offers, audiences, and conversion paths. Diagnose funnel friction fast and fix it, own reporting for demand and ABM performance with clarity and regularity
    Operate a KPI system that ties programs to pipeline and revenue outcomes

Who You Are

  • Proven B2B demand generation operator with ownership of pipeline outcomes
    Hands-on experience with ABM programs and account-based measurement
    Deep experience building and optimizing funnels and lifecycle systems
  •  Strong performance and systems mindset.
    Comfortable owning a number and being accountable to it
  •  Experienced in fast-moving startup environments with ambiguity and high expectations
  •  Strong cross-functional partner to Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps
  • Fluent with modern marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and experimentation tools
  •  Uses AI to increase speed and insight, without sacrificing judgment
  • This role is for someone who wants real ownership of how demand becomes pipeline and revenue, including ABM that actually drives progression. If you care about conversion, pipeline quality, and building something that works, this role will feel right.
