Job Summary |
This role plays a critical role in advancing our mission by attracting, hiring, and engaging exceptional talent who are passionate about caring for children and families. This role is responsible for full‑cycle recruiting across clinical and non‑clinical positions while also supporting employee engagement initiatives, hiring events, and community outreach activities that strengthen our culture and employment brand.

Patient Population Served: |
Responsible for delivering services to patients with complex medical needs, including infants, children, and adolescents. |
Education and Experience Required: |
· Bachelor’s degree required · Minimum 2 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting required · Previous healthcare experience preferred · Ability to travel locally for career fairs |
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities |
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience supporting or coordinating events, engagement initiatives, or onboarding activities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with candidates and employees. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Must be able to pay close attention to detail. Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience required. |
