Job Description

Location:  Lee Health Corporate Center - 4211 Metro Parkway   Fort Myers FL 33916

Department: Facilities Planning and Design

Work Type: Full Time

Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $27.57 - $35.84 / hour

Summary

Develop, maintain, and update 3D model Master Facility floor plans of all Lee Health ambulatory, acute care, ambulatory surgery center, and corporate locations. Input changes to Master Facility files at the completion of each construction project or make changes as directed. Coordinate with the Program Manager Workspace Inventory for master floor plan status and/or updates. Prepare and/or modify floor plans as required for incorporation into Workplace Inventory project management software. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for Building Information Modeling and related software and provide training and consultation.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. 

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of BIM modeling experience required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in architectural or engineering disciplines required. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software required. 

Certification: N/A 

License: N/A 

Other: Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Blubeam software preferred. Evidence of continuing education on BIM. Will be required to demonstrate proficiency in Building Information Modeling as a function of the interview process.
