Machine Operator – Where Precision Meets Possibility

We’re looking for an Machine Operator who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in a supportive manufacturing environment. If you like rolling up your sleeves and taking pride in a job well done, we’d love to train you.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll learn how to operate and care for production equipment with support from experienced teammates. Day to day, you will:

  • Operate fillers and labelers and help keep production running smoothly
  • Learn how to perform basic equipment adjustments and changeovers
  • Perform equipment cleaning and rinsing processes
  • Accurately enter product information into SAP and complete required documentation
  • Partner with maintenance and production teammates on preventative tasks
  • Monitor product quality, batch codes, and labeling to ensure everything meets standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Grow your skills by training on additional tasks and occasionally supporting line leadership

No need to know everything on day one — we provide training and ongoing support.


What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning how equipment works
  • Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfort using basic computer systems (SAP or HMI experience is a plus, but we can train)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely around active machinery
  • Willingness to wear required PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, close-toed shoes)
