We are seeking motivated candidates for our Walbridge, OH plant, just minutes from Toledo, Ohio. A Paper Die Cut Machine Operator, or a Cutter is responsible for setting up and operating die-cutting machinery to produce high-quality paper products according to customer specifications and production schedules. This role requires a strong understanding of the paper die-cutting processes, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?
- Set up and calibrate equipment to ensure precise cutting per order specifications.
- Monitor the cutting process, adjusting settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Completes paperwork using basic math skills to ensure accuracy.
- Drives a forklift to load and unload truckloads of large paper rolls, gaylords of recycled scrap material, and moving large paper roles into and out of inventory for production.
- Operates baler operations, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Safely handle and dispose of bales, following established procedures for storage, transport, and recycling.
- Completes paperwork at end of tasks.
