🔑 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Assist customers throughout the automotive sales process from greeting to vehicle delivery
- Recommend vehicles based on customer needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
- Follow up with customers using CRM tools, phone, and email
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and dealership KPIs
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience aligned with dealership standards

- Strong communication and people skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
