Muller IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Service Unit) - Provides a secure, safe therapeutic environment for boys and girls ages 11-13.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activities
- Play an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth’s structured routine while collaborating with youth’s case manager, clinician, and prescriber
- Engage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plans
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Observing, documenting, and acknowledging positive behaviors
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health etc.), Psychology preferred with 1 year of experience working with youth.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Schedule: Weekdays or Weekends Part time or On-Call shifts.
