Baths of America is a Houston-based luxury bath and kitchen showroom and distribution company representing approximately 300 premium brands across plumbing fixtures, appliances, door hardware, cabinet hardware, and cabinetry. We serve homeowners, designers, architects, builders, and contractors by delivering exceptional products and a high-touch customer experience.


As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-[aced environment, communicates professionally, and is committed to delivering outstanding service to our customer and vendor partners.


POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and sales staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, solutions-driving, and experienced in customer service within a distribution, showroom, wholesale, construction, or luxury retail environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Manage and process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and VRMA/vendor return requests from initiation through resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of return claims, replacement orders, credit, and vendor communications.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives, purchasing, warehouse staff, and vendor partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain organized records and communication logs within company systems
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience required
  • Experience in plumbing, appliances, cabinetry, hardware, construction supply, wholesale distribution, or luxury retail preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems perferred
  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

WORK LOCATION

This position is fully on-site in Houston, Texas. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
