As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-[aced environment, communicates professionally, and is committed to delivering outstanding service to our customer and vendor partners.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and sales staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, solutions-driving, and experienced in customer service within a distribution, showroom, wholesale, construction, or luxury retail environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Manage and process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and VRMA/vendor return requests from initiation through resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of return claims, replacement orders, credit, and vendor communications.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives, purchasing, warehouse staff, and vendor partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized records and communication logs within company systems
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience required
- Experience in plumbing, appliances, cabinetry, hardware, construction supply, wholesale distribution, or luxury retail preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems perferred
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

WORK LOCATION
This position is fully on-site in Houston, Texas. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
