Key Responsibilities:
Resident Care Oversight
Ensure individualized care plans are developed and maintained for all residents.
Respond promptly to resident and family concerns.
Monitor health and wellness programs to promote resident independence and quality of life.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure adherence to licensing requirements and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and inspections.
Leadership & Management
Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and operational goals.
Supervise and support staff to deliver high-quality care and services.
Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2–3 years of leadership experience in assisted living setting required.
Current licensure as LPN or RN (required).
