Your Mission

This position is responsible for purchasing of indirect materials for the manufacturing plant in a timely and cost efficient manner.

What To Expect

Manage the end to end procurement activities for indirect purchase categories i.e Office supplies, equipment purchase, MRO, facility management, subsidiary material and etc.
Review, discuss and negotiate the contract clauses with supplier for the best interest of company.
Conduct spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure the delivery on time and arrange the shipment delivery based on incoterm.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions in line with business objectives / strategies.
Track and report on procurement KPIs and performance metrics.
Participate in any procurement related activities as assigned by HoD.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings
Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g. SAP)
