Job Description
Overview:

The RealPage System Implementation Consultant II provides subject matter expertise for assigned customer implementations, for one or more RealPage products. The Product Consultant provides best practice guidance, manages customer deliverables and adheres to project timelines. The Product Consultant is responsible for data analysis, on-time implementations and backlog management for assigned customers.



Responsibilities:
  • Implementation for single product for small to midsize property management companies.
  • Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training.
  • Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with customer
  • Accurately forecast activations and update backlog on a weekly basis
  • Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate to your leader, issues or risks to assigned implementations
  • Follow through on commitments


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting, Business or Finance related position
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Position requires 3 years experience in use of the OneSite product lines
  • Affordable housing experience preferred, specifically HUD and Tax Credit
  • Software and/or multifamily property management experience required
  • Experience working in a sales environment a plus; knowledge of the sales cycle
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
  • Must possess good organization and time management skills;
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Able to work with little supervision, but knowing when to escalate problems
  • Must have the ability to work with many different personalities
  • Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change
  • Able to work extended hours when required
  • Must be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift schedule
  • Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (Work on site and Work from Home)
