Job Summary: Responsible for patient registration and obtaining complete and accurate patient data. Acts as a resource person for financial counseling, collections and billing in accordance with hospital policy. The employee is accountable for maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Specifications: High school graduate or equivalency. Must be proficient in English language. Should be able to project a calm, businesslike image and possess knowledge of third-party payers and collection procedures. Also good typing skills and some medical terminology preferred. Knowledge of personal computers preferred.
