Preferred Qualifications:
- Possesses or qualifies for a Virginia teaching license with an endorsement in Elementary Education PreK-6.
- Math or reading specialist degree/endorsement preferred.
- At least three years of teaching experience in an elementary classroom.
- LETRS trained preferred.
- Possesses knowledge and skills in the assigned instructional area.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for the teaching/learning process
- Demonstrates the professional and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, school personnel, parents, and members of the school community.
SALARY BASED ON THE 2026-2027 TEACHER SALARY SCALE
