Position overview:
MS Specialist/Planner provides support to the Member Services team and regional Operations teams in every aspect for order processing. Provides support to our Members/Franchisees, Drivers, and colleagues for products and services provided by the NDCP. Completes a multitude of administrative responsibilities relating to the order planning process, delivery schedules, and miscellaneous projects.

What you’ll do
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Appropriately handles questions related to shipment schedules, status of orders, product inquiries, specifications, product changes, new product introductions, promotions and communications that has been disseminated to our Members
2. Process orders in an efficient and accurate manner
3. Provide prompt, professional and courteous service
4. Facilitate, resolve and suggest alternative solutions when necessary to meet caller’s expectations
5. Remain customer focused and communicate in an exemplary fashion by delivering clear and concise information to all customers
6. Maintain knowledge level necessary to act as a subject matter expert for all products and services offered
7. Adhere to all department policies and procedures and exceed the minimum performance standards for quality and productivity
8. Complete all administrative responsibilities needed daily to complete the order process closing within limited time constraints
9. Support Phone queues as scheduled.
10. All other duties as assigned
Primary Responsibilities - Planning:
1. Is proficient in all MS Associate & Specialist responsibilities
2. Collaborate and maintain working relationships with the Operations Team to resolve delivery issues in a timely manner, and RAR’s.
3. Tracks all planning requests and provides detailed follow up via internal ticketing system
4. Appropriately handle questions related to shipment schedules as well as status of orders
5. Maintain regional MS Mailbox to ensure proper organization and time management
6. Run multiple reports to prepare for timely closing
7. Act as a resource and provide assistance to Member Services Associate and Specialist
Supervision Exercised
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard and to view a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, tug, pull up to fifteen (15) pounds
