WMS Project Manager

Blue Yonder is seeking a WMS Project Manager to lead the implementation of Blue Yonder solutions for enterprise clients. This role focuses on coordinating end-to-end delivery, working closely with customers, internal teams and Delivery Partners (DP) to ensure successful deployment of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of WMS Blue Yonder solutions for enterprise clients
• Coordinate activities across client teams, internal stakeholders and Delivery Partners (DP)
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful delivery
• Own project financials, including budget management and margin tracking
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budget while meeting margin expectations
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and timely escalations
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and regular project governance meetings
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and solution delivery
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Support resource planning and coordination across distributed teams
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with partners

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of WMS experience in project management, delivery coordination or similar roles
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects, including ownership of budget and margin
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or enterprise software environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with external partners and distributed teams
• Experience managing change requests and scope evolution in client projects
