The Role:
As an Associate Product Director, you will be working to ensure the company's technical vision is reflected in the development of our platform and contributing to our product's strategy, directly impacting the success of our company. You’ll be in contact with engineers and developers, collaborating with the commercial and operations teams to map the direction of the product and roll out features that drive business goals.


What you will do:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap aligning with business objectives. 
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize feature developments and with commercial, marketing and operations teams to align on timelines, priorities and strategies.
  • Engage directly with partners and customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
  • Make data-based decisions to keep the business relevant and competitive.
  • Stay at the forefront of AdTech, new technologies, industry trends and privacy regulations.

Skills and requirements:

  • Technical background with a degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Product Management, with a preference for candidates who worked in a tech company.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for asking the right questions, and then answering them with sound data and insights.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with extreme ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience in hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the ad-tech industry is a must.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a Full Time position. Actual schedule and hours may vary.
