The role:

The BIM Engineer, Reality Capture plays a critical role at the intersection of architecture, technology, and digital transformation. This position leads scan-to-BIM and reality capture workflows across multiple architectural programs, converting site data into intelligent Revit models that drive design and construction excellence. The ideal candidate combines architectural expertise, precision in modeling, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Within the first year, this individual will establish best-in-class standards for BIM accuracy, field-to-model efficiency, ensuring that every project benefits from faster insights and superior visualization outcomes.

What's in it for you:

  • Purpose: your work directly shapes how physical spaces are captured, modeled, and transformed into actionable design intelligence. By merging architectural insight with advanced scanning technologies, you will deliver the data foundation for major design programs and help redefine what's possible in digital construction
  • Growth: you'll gain deep exposure to large-scale architecture, multi-site retail programs, and global design operations while mastering advanced Revit modeling, laser scanning workflows, and automation tools. This position offers a clear development path into BIM leadership and digital twin integration roles.
  • Motivators: if you're passionate about turning real-world data into precision-built models - and thrive in a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration - you'll find this environment rewarding. Success in this role depends on curiosity, accountability, and a constant drive to make processes smarter, faster, and more accurate.

What You'll Achieve in Your First 12 Months:

  • Lead high-accuracy Scan-to-NIM delivery across multiple sites, taking ownership of at least two reality capture projects/programs, from field planning to Revit model delivery.
  • Build and maintain a robust BIM production framework.
  • Strengthen client engagement and project communication, serving as the primary client contact for all Reality Capture deliverables.
  • Drive process innovation and cross-functional knowledge sharing, by identifying recurring bottlenecks in scan-to-BIM workflows and pilot automation or scripting solutions to eliminate rework. Facilitate at least three internal workshops to train design and field teams on scanning, reality capture and BIM workflows best practices.
  • Establish reality capture QA/QC protocols and metrics that ensure geometric accuracy and data integrity across all projects.

Apply if you have:

  • A bachelor's and/or master's degree in architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience working in BIM with strong architectural and construction and building systems understanding.
  • 2+ years of direct experience managing Matterport-based and/or Navvis scan-to-BIM programs.
  • Deep expertise in Revit, especially in developing clean models from laser scan or Matterport data.
  • Strong communication and project management skills. You can lead client conversations, translate needs into action plans, and manage expectations across stakeholders.
  • Experience working independently and managing fast-paced technical workstreams with minimal oversight.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement. You're always looking for ways to do things better.
  • Experience training internal and external teams on Revit or BIM workflows.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience working with retail, multi-site, or large-scale architecture projects.
  • Created formal training materials or workshops around BIM standards, Revit best practices, or scan-to-BIM workflows.

Compensation and featured benefits:

  • The salary for this position will be based on consideration of a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience
  • Necessary equipment (laptop, software licenses, etc.) provided
  • Medical package (Luxmed)
  • Multisport card
  • Training and conference budget
  • Fully remote position
  • Work in small, but global, focused team
  • Real possibility to impact the built environment
