⭐ CDL-A Regional Driver — Southwest Runs | Consistent Miles

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers to run established dry van lanes with steady freight demand and structured routing. This position offers predictable schedules, performance incentives, and equipment designed for driver comfort.
Only 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience required.
🚛 Route & Driving Details
- Regional runs throughout the Southwest states
- Average 2,200+ miles per week
- Freight is 100% no-touch
- Majority drop-and-hook loads
- Pulling dry van trailers on consistent customer freight
- Reliable year-round freight network
💰 Pay & Bonus Opportunities
- Mileage pay $0.53 CPM on all miles (loaded & empty)
- Safety performance bonus +$.01–$.03 per mile
- Additional +$.01 CPM for Hazmat endorsement (not required)
- Pay protection plan available for added income stability

✅ Minimum Requirements
