Overview Position Overview: The Project Manager serves as a senior delivery lead and strategic partner across Business Leadership, Creative, Development Teams, and Client Third-Party Vendors to drive the successful execution of integrated marketing initiatives (Digital, Ecommerce, Paid Digital, Social, Offline). This role owns projects end‑to‑end—from intake and planning through execution and delivery—ensuring work is delivered on time, on scope, and in alignment with client, regulatory, and operational requirements. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work within one of the six Operating Companies we support and a large portfolio of their brand. Responsibilities Independently owns the end-to-end delivery of assigned channel projects, leading planning through execution in alignment with the established Altria PMO processes. Responsible for creation and distribution of timelines and ongoing project management. Collaborates with development teams within Altria’s ecosystem to ensure Creative assets are provided on-time, error-free and built to the appropriate requirements for development. Partners with Business Leadership to track and monitor critical milestones in Client Status; contributes to Scope Tracking documentation; and report on critical milestones to mitigate risk. Responsible for Workfront management across activation channels. Acts as a conduit between creative and technical teams to outline project requirements to ensure assets are delivered on time, error‑free, and built to required specifications. Partners closely with Business Leadership to track and report on milestones, scope, and delivery status, contributing to client status and governance forums. Coordinates internal and external reviews and documents action steps and approvals of key project deliverables. Begins cultivating relationships with Altria’s CXO Marketing Activation Teams, in addition to Altria’s ecosystem partners. Authors and maintains necessary project documentation (i.e. POP, Item Setup, Risk Advisory’s, etc.) Qualifications BA/BS degree with 3-5+ year of PM experience in agency or marketing related field Proven experience managing large‑scale, cross‑channel, and multi‑stakeholder initiatives PMP, Scrum, Adobe Certifications are a plus Highly detail-oriented, organized ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to prioritize and escalate appropriately, and drive resolution Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft applications Experience with Workfront, Jira, Dev Ops is preferred Shows enthusiasm for creative campaign development and contributing to strategic brand growth Please note: This is a hybrid role that required 4 days/week in office at our 35 W. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
