What You�ll Do:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance
• Supervise vendors and in-house staff; assist with hiring, training, and performance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
• Respond to after-hours emergencies when needed
• Maintain inventory and operate within budget

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily housing
• Strong HVAC background with EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Skilled in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
• Reliable transportation and basic tools required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to walk the property regularly and work in all weather conditions
