  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine system requirements, improve testability, and ensure measurable, high-quality results.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering growth in technical and professional skills.
  • Contribute to program proposals, design reviews (preliminary and critical), and overall system architecture decisions.
  • Apply Agile and Lean development practices in coordination with Product Owners, Chief Engineers, and IPT members.
  • Support and/or lead software integration activities with mission assurance and safety-critical requirements in mind.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Significant experience developing and integrating real-time embedded software in hardware-constrained systems.
  • Experience in at least one of the following industries: defense, aerospace, telecom, robotics, medical devices, automotive, or IoT.
  • Proven ability to lead design efforts and work collaboratively in an IPT environment.
  • Strong understanding of hardware/software integration, firmware interaction, and real-time operating constraints.
  • Ability to obtain program-specific access (U.S. Citizenship required).
