- As an LPN, you'll provide direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center.
- Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required.
- Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required.
