The Promontory Club, located just outside of Park City, Utah is looking to fulfill a vacancy for Food and Beverage Beach Club Host(ess) – Full time Summer Seasonal.

The Beach Clubhouse is a colorful environment inspired by the classic beach ball that brings back childhood memories. Serving Caribbean inspired light lunch menu options, the Beach Club indoor/outdoor cafe is a casual dining experience.  

The summer season will range from Mid-May through the end of September. This position will have the ability for top performers to continue their employment with Promontory after the summer season and become full time, permanent employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet the Member(s) and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Organize seating chart and table assignments.
  • Answer phone within 3 rings using a script; always check voicemails upon arrival.
  • When applicable, escort Members to their dining tables or beach areas when requested. Handout menus, cocktail and beer lists.
  • Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the Host / Hostess stand.
  • Acknowledge departing Member’s and thank them for their visit and wish them a great night.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, be punctual and well groomed. Uniforms are provided.
  • Ensure menu holders are clean; menus are clean and updated.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management; complete safety training and certifications.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Beach Club Supervisor and/or Manager.
