We are looking for a professional with an eye for detail, a commitment to sustainable results, and a drive for high standards in working with our clients to join our team in Cherven Bryag in the position of Customer Quality Management Specialist.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage nonconformities by initiating and monitoring preventive and corrective measures based on error reports, audits, and customer complaints
  • Conduct root cause analysis for internal and intercompany quality issues and escalate supplier problems following escalation routines
  • Maintain and update FMEAs, control plans, and test plans for ongoing products, along with creating local status reports for complaints/issues
  • Ensure regular communication between factory quality and product line quality teams, and participate actively in Continuous Improvement Process teams
  • Prepare reports for the Quality Manager (Plant), including 8D reports, to monitor and resolve quality-related topics effectively

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good level in English and/or German (minimum B2 level) is an advantage
  • Technical background in manufacturing industries, with completed vocational training in metalworking or a related field
  • Desirable: Knowledge of ISO 3834 (Welding Quality Assurance) and training according to ISO 9712 for test methods (PT, VT, MT, UT)
  • Experience with quality tools, statistical methods, and Problem-Solving techniques (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why’s, Defect Pareto, X-Y Matrix)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, independent and structured work approach
