Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote BCBA to join our team in Tennessee. This role is a great fit for someone who values meaningful, individualized care and wants to work closely with families and staff. Both newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply. We offer strong clinical support and a team-based approach to care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

  • Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians

  • Review data and make data-based clinical decisions

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers

  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company policies

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Range: $65 - $75/hour

  • Full-Time: Part-Time and full-time available

  • Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

  • Location: Remote

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

  • Strong communication and clinical judgment skills

  • A passion for supporting children and families in meaningful ways

  • Active Tennessee licensure (LBA/LBS) required

  • Tennessee Medicaid ID required
