Position Summary

As a Residential Aide, you will provide compassionate support and services that empower residents to meet their personal care, leisure, social/emotional, health, and spiritual needs. Your role is essential in fostering a safe, respectful, and enriching environment within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in a CBRF setting preferred
• Completion of required CBRF certifications:
  
  • Standard Precautions
  • Fire Safety
  • First Aid
  • Medication Administration
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using tact, diplomacy, and discretion
• Ability to read and comprehend written documentation and instructions
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing
• Ability to safely perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Willingness to participate in a CNA training program within 6 months of hire (CNA preferred but not required)

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time Shifts, E/O weekend, Rotating Holidays
