To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

Requirements

• Must have carpentry and mechanical skills, including using power and hand tools.
• Must have welding experience.
• Inspect dock plates and rollup doors and perform maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Inspect red/green lights, flood lights and fans in warehouse and in shipping and repair as needed.
• Must be able work on material system.
• Fabricate wooden crates, IP tables, and iron guard rails.
• Operate forklift. Perform daily maintenance checks and ensure safe operation and follow all established rules and policies regarding forklift operation.
• Drive company vehicle when necessary.
