Revital Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Fairline Gardens Nursing & Rehab, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Reading, PA. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapy services designed to improve residents’ independence, function, and overall quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed in collaboration with the rehabilitation team

• Conduct thorough evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term therapy goals

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support ongoing progress

• Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in IN or an associate’s degree from an accredited OT program
