Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the excavation and construction of inground swimming pools.

• Perform various tasks related to the pool construction process, including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete, assembling steel walls, transporting materials, and assisting with pool plumbing and electrical conduit under supervision.

• Safely operate basic construction tools such as shovels, saws, and drills.

• Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure a safe working environment.

• Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous construction or labor-intensive experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.

Working Conditions

• Work is primarily performed outdoors in various weather conditions. 

• Extended hours, including weekends, may be required during peak construction seasons.
