About the Department


Join the Facilities team at CCD! The Facilities Management
Department ensures the upkeep, functionality, and safety of
campus buildings and grounds, supporting the institution's
operational needs and enhancing the campus environment for
students, staff, and visitors.
The Facilities Department hourly assistant will support these
efforts by assisting with organizing, processing and managing
workorder tickets, facilities department email in-boxes, our file
management system, and supporting Facilities daily operations.
Additionally, assist with various process improvement initiatives
on an as needed basis.

Position Duties

• Organize, process and manage work order tickets
• Facilities department email in-boxes

• Assist with various process improvement initiatives on an as

Minimum Qualifications

- An associates degree from an accredited institution, and
- Minimum of one year of experience in an office environment with
organizational responsibilities
- The associates degree can be substituted with two additional
years of experience in an office environment with organizational
responsibilities

• Proficiency in computer software platforms, to include: Microsoft
Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
