About Coeur d’Alene Resort:

Our resort is known for luxury and exceptional hospitality, including a bakery that delivers fresh, mouth-watering treats. We are looking for a skilled Baker to prepare breads, pastries, and desserts with care and creativity.

The Role:

As a Baker, you will mix, bake, and decorate a variety of baked goods to meet high-quality standards and support our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes

  • Bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods consistently

  • Decorate and finish products with attention to detail

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area

  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous baking experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and passion for quality

  • Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations
