In the role of Executive Sales Support, you will ensure seamless commercial operations by managing the end-of-the-end sales documentation and invoice process, directly enabling the timely delivery of products to our global customers of Semikron Danfoss.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for review of Customer orders their booking
• Responsible for sales coordination with customer and General Sales management –Invoicing through SAP and E- Invoicing using Government portal
• Responsible for Customer – local support the monthly review.
• Responsible for sending Proforma Invoice
• Preparation of documents for transaction through Bank or vide LC
• Responsible for handling product enquiries from various customers, quoting and forwarding them to distributors based on the business potential.
• Responsible for generating documents such as COC, WC as per customer requirement before material dispatch
• Responsible for sending dispatch details to customers
• Responsible for handling logistic complaints from customer
• Responsible for tracking customer payments received on Cheque on Delivery basis and generate a report.

What We're Looking For

 We’re looking for someone with...

• More than 5 years of experience in Sales and related fields.
• Proficiency in SAP Hana and MS Office systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships.
• Commercial awareness, specifically regarding Bank/LC transactions and E-Invoicing.
• A Graduate degree is must.
