Job Description
Bachelor’s degree or other relevant tertiary qualifications in disciplines such as Organisational Psychology, HR, business or related field, with demonstrated experience gained within either a Talent, Organisational Development or HR role
Proven expertise across disciplines of people, culture, engagement, talent, performance and reward, change, organisational development
Strong project management skills to plan, manage and deliver on time, across multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills to compile, analyse and interpret data, translating them into actionable insights, coupled with strong communications skills to clearly articulate insights and recommendations
Strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse range of Macquarie stakeholders at all levels
Forward thinking, innovative and generative AI fluency
Innate curiosity and creative problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and deliver pragmatic, innovative solutions.
