Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in NowAssist (Generative AI), Knowledge Management, designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CSM, ITSM, customization, scripting, and integration within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role will focus on leveraging generative AI capabilities to enhance knowledge creation, improve user experience, and drive automation across ITSM/CSM workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist (GenAI) for
· Knowledge article generation and summarization
· Case summarization and resolution suggestions
· Virtual Agent and conversational AI enhancements
Configure and customize Knowledge Management (KM)
· Knowledge bases, workflows, lifecycle, and governance
· AI-powered search and content recommendations
Integrate Now Assist with modules like:
· ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)
· CSM (Customer Service Management)
· HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
Build and maintain:
· Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer flows
· UI Builder / Workspace components
Implement AI Search and relevance tuning for knowledge content
Collaborate with stakeholders to:
· Identify automation opportunities using GenAI
· Improve self-service adoption and deflection rates
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance for AI-generated content
Monitor and optimize performance of AI-driven features
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 3–4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
· Experience in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development.
· Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
· Familiarity with ServiceNow data model and CMDB design.
· Knowledge of update sets, ACLs, and ServiceNow security model.
· Experience in ServiceNow version upgrades and migration activities.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITSM Implementation Specialist certification.
· Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, ITOM, CSM, or custom applications.
· Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.).
