Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong hunter mindset to join our Sales Development Representative team.

As a key member of our Sales function, this role is fully focused on outbound prospecting and new business generation. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through targeted outreach across telephone, email, and social channels, with the goal of creating high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

This is a high-activity, target-driven role where success is defined by your ability to consistently build pipeline through cold outreach, account targeting, and strategic prospecting. You will also undertake market analysis and organisational research to identify and unlock new opportunities within existing and prospective client organisations.

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Dubai office. 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling – with no reliance on inbound leads

  • Build and execute structured outbound prospecting strategies across assigned territories, industries, or target accounts

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers, business challenges, and entry points within target organisations

  • Drive high-volume outbound activity to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand over well-qualified, sales-ready opportunities

  • Deliver clear, compelling, and tailored value propositions aligned to client needs

  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1+ years’ experience in a sales or outbound lead generation role (B2B preferred)

  • Arabic speaking

  • Proven ability or strong desire to work in a new business, hunter-style sales environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong phone presence with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders

  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve and exceed activity and pipeline targets

  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on ownership and accountability
