Elevator Pitch

The Spinn Cafe is looking for a Bartender to join our team at our newest property in Manzanita! We are a company that uses local ingredients to create interesting and fun dining experiences unique to each property. This position will be responsible for the face-to face interaction with our guests. This role is multi-functional and requires ability to perform several job duties in one shift. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Fulfill bar + espresso orders + food orders up to recipe and quality standards

• Take orders and communicate well with back of house 

• Stock bar and keep well and espresso machine clean and sanitized 

• Keep retail and merch space organized and stocked 

• Welcome guests and check-in to hotel rooms 

• Answer phones and make hotel reservations

Qualifications

• OR food handlers card on first day

• OLCC Alcohol Service Permit (must be 21+ years of age) on first day

• 1+ years bartending/barista experience preferred

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• Able to work shifts with extensive standing/walking

• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
