Assistant Salon Manager – $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Peyton Company, a locally owned Great Clips franchise with 14 locations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced Assistant Salon Manager to help lead one of our western Twin Cities suburban locations. And we're offering a $5,000 hiring bonus to the right candidate!

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
- Great Clips experience strongly preferred
- A leader who can motivate, develop, and retain a team
- Availability for full-time hours (34+) including evenings and 5 out of 8 weekends
- Someone who takes pride in delivering a great guest experience every single visit
What You'll Be Responsible for:
- Leading and motivating your team to perform at their best
- Managing day-to-day salon operations along with the salon manager
- Coaching and developing stylists to grow in their careers
- Maintaining Great Clips brand standards and delivering consistent guest satisfaction
