Job Description

Central 301 is seeking applicants for a full-time School Social Worker at Country Trails Elementary School beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. The school social worker will be responsible for a range of services, including completing evaluation for special education services, the development and monitoring of IEP goals, the creation and implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and the delivery of individual and small group counseling. Addition responsibilities include conducting risk assessments and maintaining strong communication and collaborative relationships with students, families, and staff.

Certification Requirement:

Professional Educator License with School Social Work endorsement required

Salary and Benefits:

  • 12 sick and 3 personal days per year
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • While this position does not follow the Teacher/Board Master Contract, the salary range is based upon the Teacher Salary Schedule.
