We’re a locally owned Budget Blinds business serving the coast, and we’re growing.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a real income in sales without being stuck behind a desk all day. You’ll be meeting homeowners in their homes, helping them choose window coverings, and closing the sale.
We’re not looking for someone with a perfect resume. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.
What the job looks like:
- You’ll run appointments with homeowners (most leads are provided)
- Help them choose blinds, shades, shutters, etc.
- Measure, design, and sell the project
- Follow up and stay organized
About 80% of your appointments are company-generated. The rest is up to you to push your income higher.
Pay
This is a commission-based position.
- Most people in this role should expect at least $80,000+
- Top performers can do $120K–$140K+
- No cap on commissions
If you’re someone who wants control over what you make, this is where that happens.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, generally 9–5
- Occasional weekend appointments, but not common
A few important things:
- You will be driving to appointments (reliable vehicle required)
- This is in-home sales, so you’ll be working directly with customers
- Ladders are sometimes part of the job, so you need to be comfortable with heights
Experience
Sales or design experience is great, but not required.
We’ll train the right person. What matters more is attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
