As the Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

  • Manage all aspects of donor database operations, including data standards, maintenance, validation, reporting, and compliance聽
  • Develop and implement best practices for gift processing, acknowledgments, and donor data integrity聽
  • Analyze donor data to identify trends, opportunities for donor growth, retention, and increased engagement聽
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Gala for Good聽
  • Manage the event module and all related database components
  • Coordinate and support annual fundraising appeals, ensuring accurate data, segmentation, and reporting聽
  • Respond to donor inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person聽

Development Specialist Salary: $聽27.00 - $30.00/an hour


Development Specialist聽Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM (35 hours/week)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver鈥檚 license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
