Position Details

Job Title: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Location: Ocean County, NJ
Employment Type: Part-Time, Per Diem
Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Personal Care: Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility support.
Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
Household Assistance: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients.
Documentation: Accurately record patient care activities using Celltrak.
Team Collaboration: Report changes in patient conditions to RN Case Managers.

Qualifications

Certification: Valid NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in good standing.
Communication Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating fluently in English.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Travel: Willingness to travel within Gloucester County.
