Working Hours: 8-5
Summary:
Responsible for day to day operations of the department. Ensures work processes are efficient, customer-focused and drive success. Supervises front line patient access staff including patient reps and financial counselors. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Other information:
College degree in business or health related field, or commensurate experience. Management experience preferred in Admissions/Registration, Patient Access, or Patient Financial Services/Billing desired with an understanding of hospital operations.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
